    Every time we've gotten meals from this Red Rooster, our chips are cold and soggy and the chicken is dry

    Closing time there is 9:30pm and the girl working there decides to close 20 minutes early. She notices us at the window waiting to be servers but just looks and keeps walking away and then turns all the lights off to basically give us the indication "we're close". Staff you have there are making you lose money and customers because they want to go home early. Maybe reconsider who really wants to work there and who doesn't

    If there was less than star I would give it. After waiting in the drive through for 20mins I ordered my meal only to arrive home with no chips. Useless staff and the manager was helping, if you don't have the mental capacity to get orders right in a fast food industry maybe you should consider applying for the dole you might not screw that up.
