  This place is slow as.. bonus though if after waiting nearly fifty min in drive through if your order is correct. Dont bother unless craving half hot chicken

  Would give no stars if possible. Waited nearly half an hour then got told there was no hot and spicy for another 15 minutes. 9 out of my last 10 visits would be 0 or 1 star.

  Parking and the drive thru seriously need a rethink. I parked and went into the store then came out and i was blocked in by the drive thru people and couldn't get out for at least 15 mins while my food was getting cold. While i was in the store an employee was talking to a customer who was obviously her friend, this friend was cursing in the conversation quite loudly while young children were present and none of the employees said anything about it. When i received my order i wasn't given the drinks and i had to remind them i ordered drinks. Wasn't a very pleasant visit..

  Fast food is quite simple. If you get your order really quick it’s cold stale and gross if you have to wait it’s hot and thrown together in such a way they may as well advertise it as build your own burger. But waiting 1/2 an hr with only 2 orders in front of me to receive cold and stale and not even what I ordered is unacceptable. If I wanted my chips cold and soggy from sweating I would have bought them This morning left them on my bench all day and then eaten them. Worst kfc I’ve ever been to. $50 later and my family is hungry and my bin is full.

  Food is what you've come to expect, but the slow service system is frustrating. More than a dozen people standing around waiting for their orders when I turned up at lunchtime. More than that still waiting when I left almost 1/2 hour later, after finally getting my order.
